Privacy policy
This is an English translation of the Spanish original, which prevails if the two differ.
Sizelot has no user accounts or forms, and the figures you enter in the calculators never leave your browser. This policy explains what data is processed, why, and how to exercise your rights, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data is processed and why

Market data services
To give you up-to-date data, your browser connects directly to these services. As with any internet connection, they receive your IP address and technical browser data, but never the figures in your calculations:
- Frankfurter, a free service that publishes the European Central Bank’s reference exchange rates. It is queried when you open a calculator, once per session, to convert the pip value and the risk to your account currency.
- Binance, only when you press “Use the current price” on a cryptocurrency, to read its price at that moment. It doesn’t log in or store cookies.
- TradingView, only when you press “Show chart”. The chart loads from its servers and TradingView may use its own cookies, under its privacy policy. If you don’t press the button, the website doesn’t connect to TradingView.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in giving you the data you ask for (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Each service processes that data under its own privacy policy, linked above.
Advertising
The website will be funded by Google AdSense. Once it is enabled, its code will load on every page and your browser will connect to Google, which receives technical data such as your IP address. Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads, as long as you accept them in Google’s consent notice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Providers involved
- Cloudflare, which hosts and serves the website and processes the technical data of visits.
- Google, which handles the contact email and, once enabled, advertising.
- The market data services in the previous section.
Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare and Google are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to provide an adequate level of protection. Your data is not sold or passed to anyone else, unless required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to sizelotcalculator@gmail.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Minors
The website is not aimed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If any processing changes, for example when advertising is enabled, this page and its review date will be updated.
